WELCOME TO
Public Service Pensioners Association (PUSEPA)
Public Service Pensioners Association (PUSEPA) is a Non-political, Non-sectional, Non-Governmental Organization registered on 17th June 1998, Certificate of Incorporation NO: TR/INC 811, under the Trustees Incorporation Act, 1962. It has its office in Lilongwe, currently located at Area 36 along the M1 road, opposite Luanar City Campus.
Our Passion
Pensioners over the years have had uncountable grievances concerning their pension. PUSEPA was then formed in 1994 with the passion to create an atmosphere of peace and security to pensioners who had retired from the government service so that they accept retirement as a natural phase of life. That was to be done when PUSEPA became a forum to air pensioners’ grievances to government for attention.
Our Vision
A community where peace and security is created for all Malawian pensioners in order to accept retirement as a natural phase of life.
Our Mission
PUSEPA's mission is to achieve sustainable economic empowerment, better health, good governance and gender mainstreaming through capacity building initiatives and advocacy by deploying the appropriate (right) strategic approaches for the development of our communities.
“The Bank of wisdom/The mouth piece of Pensioners”.
